The project ‘The City Library of the City of Zagreb and the socio-cultural centre at the Paromlin site’ will revitalise the valuable cultural industrial heritage at the brownfield site into a multifunctional public space that will combine all the functions of a modern library and a socio-cultural centre with accessible public services for all residents of the Zagreb Urban Agglomeration.
