The project will be implemented in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship in the city of Bydgoszcz. The investment area is located in the central part of the city, in the districts of Kapuściska, Bartodzieje and Bydgoszcz East. About the Low-carbon economy objective
Thematic Objective 4 funds the low-carbon economy — renewable-energy capacity, energy efficiency in public buildings and housing, low-carbon urban mobility, smart grids and combined heat and power. It is the single largest climate strand of 2014–2020 Cohesion.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €18.7M toward a total project cost of €22.0M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
