The project consists of the purchase of eleven new five-member electric traction units adapted to the use of the parameters of modernised railway infrastructure in the region (min with a maximum speed of at least 160 km/h) adapted for disabled people, equipped with modern passenger information systems – for handling transport in the public regional transport of Lower Silesia Voivodeship – in particular for communication with the voivodeship capital of urban centres with the largest population.
