Exploration Information System (EIS) proposal has been compiled by a consortium, which consists of 18 partners from leading researchinstitutes (4), academia (5), service providers (4) and industry (4). The consortium members come from six European Union member states (FI, FR, DE, ES, CZ, SE) and South Africa. One associate member of the consortium comes from Brazil. About Horizon Europe (2021–2027)

Horizon Europe is the EU's current research and innovation programme, covering 2021 to 2027 with a budget of roughly €95.5 billion.
