The communication of plants with their environment is crucial for their survival. Plants are known to uselight, odours, and touch to communicate with other plants, with pollinators, seed dispersers and herbivores.However, one sensory modality acoustic communication is almost unexplored in plants, despite itspotential adaptive value. About Horizon Europe (2021–2027)
Horizon Europe is the EU's current research and innovation programme, covering 2021 to 2027 with a budget of roughly €95.5 billion.
