The proposal aims to set up a pole of excellence in the three topics of Quantum Technology, Nanotechnology, and Biotechnology at the three closely collaborating Polish Academy of Sciences institutions of the Institute of Physics, the Center For Theoretical Physics, and the Institute of High Pressure Physics in Warsaw, Poland.
