Center for FEED AND ANIMAL PRODUCTS (FAP), as organizational unit within the Institute for Food Technology at the University of Novi Sad (UNS), is the only scientific-research unit specialized for a wide range of issues related to the feed technology in our Country and in the region. Due to Serbia's poor economic situation in general, and the previous isolation of the country, there has been no recent investments at the UNS to keep laboratories and pilot plants up-to date, and our researchers had virtually no chance of participating in research and development work going on within EU RTD inst…
About Seventh Framework Programme (2007–2013)
The Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) ran from 2007 to 2013 and was the EU's main research-funding instrument of that period. It mobilised roughly €50 billion across cooperation projects, ERC frontier grants, Marie Curie fellowships, capacity-building actions and Euratom research. FP7 closed to new calls in 2013 but its projects continued for years after under their original grant agreements.
Co-funding: the European Union contributes €944k toward a total project budget of €1.1M — a funding rate of 89%, with the remainder covered by the consortium partners. The project runs over approximately 4.2 years from 2008-02-01 to 2012-03-31.
