CRISP Cluster of Research Infrastructures for Synergies in Physics
Coordinator: EUROPEAN SYNCHROTRON RADIATION FACILITY (FR)
The objective of the eleven participating Research Infrastructures (RIs) is to build up collaborations and to create long-term synergies to facilitate their implementation and enhance their efficiency and attractiveness. About Seventh Framework Programme (2007–2013)
The Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) ran from 2007 to 2013 and was the EU's main research-funding instrument of that period. It mobilised roughly €50 billion across cooperation projects, ERC frontier grants, Marie Curie fellowships, capacity-building actions and Euratom research. FP7 closed to new calls in 2013 but its projects continued for years after under their original grant agreements.
Co-funding: the European Union contributes €12.0M toward a total project budget of €15.8M — a funding rate of 76%, with the remainder covered by the consortium partners. The project runs over approximately 3 years from 2011-10-01 to 2014-09-30.
