The aim of the proposed TEAMING project is to develop the KIOS Research Center of Excellence for Intelligent Systems and Networks, an inspiring environment for conducting basic and applied research and innovation in the area of intelligent monitoring, management and security of critical infrastructure systems. The proposal is a team effort between the University of Cyprus and Imperial College London. About Horizon 2020 (2014–2020)
Horizon 2020 was the EU's flagship research and innovation programme for 2014–2020, with a budget of around €77 billion. It bundled FP7's strands with the EIT and the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme, introduced a stronger societal-challenge orientation, and pushed the funding logic toward closer-to-market innovation. New calls closed in 2020 but funded projects continued through 2024.
