The general objective of this action is establishing services, which help SMEs to optimize this innovation value chain by enhancing their capacity of innovation management. It is make the EEN Tunisia network the main support instrument for innovation in Tunisian SMEs.The services described below are intended to contribute to a balanced development of the business and technology of the companies consulted leading to their growth and the improvement of their competitiveness, which be impactful positively on the economy.
About Horizon 2020 (2014–2020)
Horizon 2020 was the EU's flagship research and innovation programme for 2014–2020, with a budget of around €77 billion. It bundled FP7's strands with the EIT and the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme, introduced a stronger societal-challenge orientation, and pushed the funding logic toward closer-to-market innovation. New calls closed in 2020 but funded projects continued through 2024.
EU contribution: €85k awarded to the consortium. The project runs over approximately 2 years from 2020-01-01 to 2021-12-31.
