At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2024, Croatia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 13.7% compared to 2023, reaching 18.3%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 19.3%.

Croatia ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 7.0% (from 17.1% in 2019).
