Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2020, Denmark's main indicators increased by 36.4% compared to 2019, reaching 9.7%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 10.3%.

Denmark ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 50.8% (from 6.4% in 2015).
