Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2020, Sweden's main indicators increased by 5.1% compared to 2019, reaching 31.9%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 10.3%.

Sweden ranks 1st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 48.2% (from 21.5% in 2015).
