At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2024, Estonia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 11.9% compared to 2023, reaching 14.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 19.3%.

Estonia ranks 20th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 18.0% (from 17.2% in 2019).
