At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2021, Lithuania's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 7.1% compared to 2020, reaching 17.1%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 16.1%.

Lithuania ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 16.2% (from 20.4% in 2016).
