At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2017, Luxembourg's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 34.5% compared to 2016, reaching 11.7%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 14.7%.

Luxembourg ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 91.8% (from 6.1% in 2012).
