At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2009, Luxembourg's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 11.9% compared to 2008, reaching 16.0%.

Luxembourg ranks 13th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 20.3% (from 13.3% in 2004).
