Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2022, Sweden's main indicators increased by 10.0% compared to 2021, reaching 83.4%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 41.2%.

Sweden ranks 1st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 26.5% (from 65.9% in 2017).
