Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2022, Sweden's main indicators increased by 0.6% compared to 2021, reaching 28.8%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 9.6%.

Sweden ranks 1st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 7.4% (from 26.8% in 2017).
