Construction of KDC for CEZ Group
The project will build a new corporate data centre building, including nonIT technology for KDC operation and IT technology for providing ICT services. KDC will serve ČEZ ICT Services, a. s. as a means of providing services to the whole CEZ Group. The newly built KDC will replace 4 existing data centres and will consolidate IT technologies with the aim of efficient operation. In addition, capacity will be increased to ensure the need of CEZ Group. a.
About the Information and communication technologies objective
Thematic Objective 2 finances information and communication technologies — broadband roll-out, e-government, e-health, digital skills and the digitisation of public services. It targets the digital divide between EU regions in the 2014–2020 period.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €4.5M toward a total project cost of €18.0M — a co-funding rate of 25%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
Kohesio is the European Commission's open-data platform for projects co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund and the Just Transition Fund. It draws on lists of beneficiaries published by national managing authorities and harmonises them into a single EU-wide view.
