The aim of the project is to increase recycling of waste from Aalborg’s shops and offices, combined with employment of employees with special challenges. Many shops today face challenges in handling and sorting their waste, and they indicate the need for new arrangements. About the Low-carbon economy objective
Thematic Objective 4 funds the low-carbon economy — renewable-energy capacity, energy efficiency in public buildings and housing, low-carbon urban mobility, smart grids and combined heat and power. It is the single largest climate strand of 2014–2020 Cohesion.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €300k toward a total project cost of €601k — a co-funding rate of 50%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
Kohesio is the European Commission's open-data platform for projects co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund and the Just Transition Fund.
