EE Loans for energy efficiency for public buildings

Under this Agreement, HBOR will launch ESIF funds from SC 4c1 Decrease in energy consumption in public sector buildings with a view to achieving energy savings, i.e. to support energy renovation measures that will result in an annual reduction of at least 50 % in energy consumption for heating/cooling compared to the annual energy consumption for heating/cooling before the implementation of the above mentioned measures, as well as the use of renewable energy sources. About the Low-carbon economy objective

Thematic Objective 4 funds the low-carbon economy — renewable-energy capacity, energy efficiency in public buildings and housing, low-carbon urban mobility, smart grids and combined heat and power. It is the single largest climate strand of 2014–2020 Cohesion.

EU contribution: €27.4M from the Cohesion envelope.
