The operation’s performance is based on implementing a new centralised ICT infrastructure model of the Junta de Andalucía. It is about making a paradigm shift in the management of infrastructures and thus being able to offer a model of public services focused and designed for the citizen, as opposed to the current management model that is being distributed. About the Information and communication technologies objective
Thematic Objective 2 finances information and communication technologies — broadband roll-out, e-government, e-health, digital skills and the digitisation of public services. It targets the digital divide between EU regions in the 2014–2020 period.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €5.5M toward a total project cost of €6.8M — a co-funding rate of 80%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
Kohesio is the European Commission's open-data platform for projects co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund and the Just Transition Fund.
