CONSTRUCTION OF AN EHPAD IN BELLEFONTAINE
Built in the heart of the Bellefontaine district of Toulouse, the establishment of accommodation for elderly dependents (EHPAD) will accommodate 70 residents in two accommodation spaces on 2 floors and a total capacity of 70 beds. The ground floor will be dedicated to community living spaces, care, catering, administration and public reception. EHPAD will be an essential element in the consolidation of a network of health professionals in the territory which is a weak, unattractive area facing the risk of medical desertification.

Thematic Objective 9 finances social inclusion and the fight against poverty: integration of marginalised communities, social housing, anti-discrimination measures, deinstitutionalisation of care.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €3.0M toward a total project cost of €9.0M — a co-funding rate of 33%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
