The aim of the project “Reconstruction of the National Road No.102 Vilnius-Švenčionys-Zarasai” is: increase regional mobility by developing regional links to the European Union’s trans-European transport network and introducing road safety and environmental protection measures on national roads (regional connections to the TEN-T network) outside the TEN-T network.
