In order to implement the objectives set out in the EU Directives and the State Waste Management Plan 2014-2020 and the functions assigned in accordance with the procedure laid down by law, the STCTC implements the investment project “Development of municipal waste separate collection infrastructure in Šiauliai region”, which aims to improve the infrastructure of the municipal waste management system in Šiauliai region by creating and expanding the capacity for separate collection, preparation for re-use of municipal waste, informing the public on waste prevention and management issues.
