The quantities of waste from secondary raw materials collected in the municipalities of Klaipeda city, Skuodas and Kretinga districts and Neringa do not meet the requirement of the State Waste Management Plan for 2014-2020 approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania by Resolution No 366 of 16 April 2014 and do not implement the targets set out in the municipal waste management plans.
