KVJUD provides public services through the operation of Klaipėda State Seaport and the management of state-owned objects in the port, also performs the functions provided for in the Law on Klaipėda State Seaport of the Republic of Lithuania in the proper operation and development of the port infrastructure, and performs other activities in order to serve the public interest.
