“New long-term care for the elderly and people with disabilities”
The project is part of the overall process of enabling independent living for people with mental disorders and mental disabilities by providing quality and accessible cross-sectoral services of resident type and according to the individual needs of individuals. It is implemented in implementation of the measures set out in the Action Plan 2018-2021 for the implementation of the National Strategy for Long-term Care.
