The project aims at adapting human resources and industrial relations policies to changing demographic trends and ageing of the workforce and creating preconditions for the development of the so-called “silver economy” through an active social partnership. Co-funding: the EU contributes €749k toward a total project cost of €881k — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.

Kohesio is the European Commission's open-data platform for projects co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund and the Just Transition Fund. It draws on lists of beneficiaries published by national managing authorities and harmonises them into a single EU-wide view.
