The project provides for the design, construction, delivery and implementation of an integrated information system (ICS) in BPIH. The objective and concrete practical application of the IIS in BPIH as a beneficiary of OPTTI is to strengthen and improve the efficiency of the administrative capacity work in all structural units of the enterprise through better information provision at all levels, as well as reduction of the use of paper documents.
