New long-term care for the elderly and people with disabilities — providing new services
This project proposal aims to provide support to the process of deinstitutionalisation of care for older people and people with disabilities through the development of community-based services providing them with an independent and dignified life and full inclusion in society’s life. Co-funding: the EU contributes €235k toward a total project cost of €276k — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
