Aestheticisation and modernisation of the urban environment in Varna
The project is an investment in the physical and living environment of Varna. Its implementation will contribute to the implementation of the Integrated Plan for Urban Reconstruction and Development of Varna through the implementation of projects from the Investment Programme. Three impact zones have been identified in the IHLG, two of which have a concentration of residential districts, public, educational and cultural institutions and other functions of public importance.
