“Support me so I can succeed”
The project “Support me to succeed” includes an integrated approach in solving social problems for children and families. It covers both the education and health systems, health care and childcare and, above all, social support for families at risk and their children. The main idea of the project is to provide a complex type of community services for children from 0 to 7 years old and is aimed at vulnerable groups in the Municipality of Valchi Dol, through mobile work of multidisciplinary teams and continuous specialised work and support of parents.
