This project is implemented in implementation of Article 6 of Regulation 1304/2013 and is a joint action of the social partners (trade unions and employers’ organisations). The trends at European and global level outline the need to improve the adaptability of enterprises and employees to changing economic conditions to achieve higher productivity and job satisfaction. Co-funding: the EU contributes €930k toward a total project cost of €1.1M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.

Kohesio is the European Commission's open-data platform for projects co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund and the Just Transition Fund. It draws on lists of beneficiaries published by national managing authorities and harmonises them into a single EU-wide view.
