In the town of Berettyóújfalu, two waterworks were developed. Waterworks No. I are located in the original part of the village of Berettoújfalu and waterworks No. II are located in the district of Berettoszentmárton. Waterworks I. have 8 deep-drilled wells. Only 4 of these are currently in operation, the other water quality reasons or poor technical conditions are not operational.
