Development of waste water treatment plant in Vácon
The implementation of the project will take place in the municipalities of Hungary, Vác, Nagymaros and Őrbottyán. The Vác-centred waste water disposal agglomeration is in force 25/2002. It is indicated in Table 2 of Government Decree (II.27.) that the agglomeration’s sewerage network (CS) and the development of an existing waste water treatment plant (TF) are concerned with tasks. The technical content of the project follows the classification of waste water agglomeration according to the Regulation. Thematic Objective 6 finances environment and resource efficiency — water and waste management, biodiversity protection, contaminated-site remediation, air quality, and the circular economy.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €10.7M toward a total project cost of €13.3M — a co-funding rate of 80%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
