The dehesa, a cross-border agrosilvopastoral ecosystem like no other in Europe, is in a serious crisis. It is also a very important tool, thanks to its services and products, in order to mitigate climate change and minimize erosion in Europe. About the Research, technological development and innovation objective
Thematic Objective 1 of the 2014–2020 Cohesion period funds research, technological development and innovation. It supports R&D infrastructure, technology transfer, business-academia partnerships and pilot lines that close the gap between scientific discovery and market application across EU regions.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €2.5M toward a total project cost of €3.4M — a co-funding rate of 73%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
