The project consortium consists of two museum facilities, which deal with Central European modernism and cultural heritage preserved from this seminal cultural period (1890-1938), and the city of Brtnice, which owns the Josef Hoffmann House. This cultural heritage is managed by the MAK - Austrian Museum of Applied Art/Contemporary Art and the Moravian Gallery in Brno under the name "Josef Hoffmann Museum" as a joint branch in Brtnice.
