REACT 1.2 will increase the number of tourists within the field og culture and nature in a way that will not be a burden on the nature, environment and cultural heritage in the program region. Overall, the project aims to target the problems of low growth rates compared to the rest of Europe, including neighboring countries. REACT 1.2 works within several focus areas to address the overall problem. About the Environment and resource efficiency objective
Thematic Objective 6 finances environment and resource efficiency — water and waste management, biodiversity protection, contaminated-site remediation, air quality, and the circular economy.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €1.6M toward a total project cost of €2.1M — a co-funding rate of 75%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
