Demining and protection of forests on karst in Natura 2000 areas in the southwestern part of Karlovac County — Karlovac Karst
The project area covers a total of 1 929.08 ha of forests and woodland in the area of the ecological network Natura 2000 of Karlovac County, in the area of the administrative municipalities of Tounj, Josipdol and Plaški. The main activities include demining of the total area of 1 709.06 ha, improvement of fire infrastructure by restoring 21.80 ha of fire averages with forest road elements (9.37 ha are located outside SMEs and 12.43 ha is already included in total demining) and biological restoration of forests and forest.
