The project refers to the construction of a road that will bypass the section of the state road through the settlements of Apševci and Lipovac, which has been identified as a black dot. This section of state road DC57 (length 6.3 km) identified numerous shortcomings that may affect traffic safety from route guidance, horizontal and vertical traffic signalling, transverse gauge elements, pavement curtains and immediate surroundings, as well as a disproportionate number of accidents with injured persons, and it was concluded that bringing this road into a condition that would guarantee greater …
