Strengthening of the response capacity in relation to hospital discharges with a stay in ICU due to COVID-19 of the SISCAT entities of the Health Regions (except Barcelona Ciutat i Metro Sud), integrated in the Health Grouping -1st semester 2021
Included in this operation are all those reinforcement measures put in place or planned in order to address the health crisis caused by COVID-19, and specifically, hospital discharges with stay in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for COVID-19 in the first half of 2021, promoted by the Catalan Health Service (CatSalut) and executed by the centers that are part of the Comprehensive Health System of Public Use of Catalonia (SISCAT) of all health regions, except Barcelona City and Metro South, as well as the Health Grouping in the Budgets of the Generalitat de Catalunya 2020.

Thematic Objective 9 finances social inclusion and the fight against poverty: integration of marginalised communities, social housing, anti-discrimination measures, deinstitutionalisation of care.
EU contribution: €49.5M from the Cohesion envelope.
