The subject of the investment is a comprehensive extension of the provincial road No. 486 on the section of the 10.777 km from km 4+367,00 to km 15+242.00 (excluding the bridge over Warta in km 14+666,79 to 14+764,58), in the municipalities of Wieluń, Wierzchlas, Wieluń County, Łódź Voivodeship.
