The project assumes the creation of the Over-municipal Support Centre for Independent Persons and their Caregivers in western Małopolska in the commune of Brzeźnica, which will provide care services in a deinstitutionalized form for 350 residents living in one of the 6 communes of western Małopolska (Spytkowice, Zator, Tomice, Polanka Wielka, Przeciszów, Brzeźnica).
