The project concerns the extension of provincial road No 651 on the section Dubeninki – provincial border (from km 20+160 to 39+460). This section is located in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province, in the Gołdap district, in the municipality of Dubeninki. The length of the section to be extended is about 19.3 km.
