Construction of the Pärnu-Uulu section of state road no. 4 Tallinn-Pärnu-Ikla
Two different-level traffic junctions, four bicycle and footpath tunnels and wildlife crossings are planned for the Pärnu-Uulu four-lane section. In addition, land improvement systems will be reconstructed, a new Uulu Bridge will be demolished and built, a traffic-regulated intersection of Rannametsa Road will be built, three roundabouts and several connections will be built. In the course of the project, approximately three kilometres of cycle and pedestrian tracks will be completed and variable information road signs will be installed on the road.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €38.6M toward a total project cost of €45.4M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
