Water Supply to Guarda and Celorico da Beira
The operation will play an important role in improving the resilience of the drinking water supply system to parishes in the municipalities of Guarda and Celorico da Beira. The operation will reduce the environmental and social impacts associated with exploitation, allowing the significant reduction of water losses and energy consumption, responding to increasingly demanding scenarios of water scarcity.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €2.3M toward a total project cost of €2.7M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
