Creation of a new hotel unit in Tortosendo, with 57 rooms and suites, a restaurant, a spa and swimming pool, dedicated to active tourism, nature tourism and youth tourism market segments, which allows the growth of HolidayonJ's activity and the diversification of its range of products, adjusted to the market segments it serves.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €4.2M toward a total project cost of €7.5M — a co-funding rate of 57%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
