RIBEIRINHO LINEAR PART OF THE TEJO STAY - ALVERCA/SOBRALINHO - PHASE I
Creation of a green riparian corridor, in an area of great ecological sensitivity on the right bank of the Tagus River, in an extension of 5km and area of 14ha, for public enjoyment, promoting the harmonious coexistence between the population and the natural heritage, in a pedagogical perspective and safeguarding nature and biodiversity, strengthening climate resilience through interventions to restore and stabilize natural structures.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €2.9M toward a total project cost of €7.3M — a co-funding rate of 40%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
